As a Finance Executive, you will play a crucial role in managing and overseeing financial operations to ensure the accuracy, integrity, and compliance of financial reporting. You will work closely with senior management to provide strategic financial insights and support business decisions.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Financial Reporting**: Prepare and analyze financial statements, reports, and forecasts to provide accurate financial information to senior management.
- **Budgeting and Forecasting**: Develop and manage annual budgets, financial forecasts, and long-term financial planning.
- **Compliance and Governance**: Ensure adherence to financial regulations, standards, and company policies. Coordinate with external auditors and regulatory bodies as needed.
- **Financial Analysis**: Conduct financial analysis to identify trends, variances, and areas for improvement. Provide actionable insights to support strategic decision-making.
- **Cash Flow Management**: Monitor and manage cash flow, including accounts receivable and accounts payable, to ensure optimal liquidity and financial stability.
- **Cost Control**: Implement and maintain cost control measures to improve profitability and operational efficiency.
- **Internal Controls**: Develop and maintain internal control systems to safeguard company assets and ensure accuracy in financial reporting.
- **Team Leadership**: Manage and mentor finance staff, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
- **Qualifications**:

- **Education**: A Chartered Accountant (CA) designation is preferred. A bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field is required.
- **Experience**: Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in finance or accounting, with a strong background in financial reporting, budgeting, and analysis.
- **Skills**:

- Proficiency in financial software and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks).
- Advanced Excel skills and familiarity with financial modeling.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- **Knowledge**: In-depth understanding of financial regulations, accounting principles, and best practices.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year
