About TB Bharat Summit: TB Bharat Summit is seeking a dynamic Sponsorship Alchemist to

secure strategic partnerships that will fuel the success of our flagship event focused on

tuberculosis eradica4on.

Key Responsibili%es:
1. Partnership Development:

- Iden4fy and approach poten4al sponsors, cul4va4ng rela4onships to secure

financial support.
- Customize sponsorship packages to align with partners' objec4ves and

maximize their ROI.

2. Nego%a%on and Contract Management:

- Nego4ate terms and agreements with sponsors, ensuring mutual benefit and

sa4sfac4on.
- Manage contracts, deliverables, and compliance to guarantee a seamless

partnership experience.

3. Sponsorship Ac%va%on:

- Collaborate with sponsors to ac4vate and showcase their brands throughout

the summit.
- Develop and implement crea4ve strategies to highlight sponsors'

contribu4ons.

4. Rela%onship Management:

- Serve as the primary point of contact for sponsors, addressing their needs

and maintaining strong rela4onships.
- Provide post-summit reports and evalua4ons to sponsors, demonstra4ng the

impact of their support.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sponsorship acquisition and management.
- Excellent negotiation and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic environment.

Preferred Skills:

- Understanding of corporate social responsibility (CSR).
- Familiarity with the healthcare and corporate sectors.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Internship

**Salary**: ₹8,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
