**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Plan, develop, and execute innovative product lines that align with our mission of female empowerment
- Conduct thorough market research to stay ahead of fashion trends, particularly those appealing to young women and girls
- Collaborate with design and production teams to ensure product offerings are practical, fashionable, and aligned with our brand identity
- Articulate the brand's philosophy through product designs and descriptions
- Engage in forecasting and inventory management to optimize product availability and sales
- Analyze sales data and market trends to inform future product development strategies.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in fashion merchandising, particularly in a D2C brand environment
- Strong understanding of the fashion needs and preferences of the younger generation, with a focus on women and girls
- Research-driven approach with the ability to translate insights into compelling products
- Deep commitment to and understanding of our ethos of breaking social norms and empowering women
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate the brand’s philosophy effectively
- A degree in Fashion, Merchandising, Design, or a related field would be highly advantageous
- Creative, innovative, and able to work collaboratively in a dynamic team environment.
