**Hotel Reservation Executive**

**Position**: Hotel Reservation Executive

**Location**: Noida, Sector 2

**Salary Range**: ₹20,000 - ₹25,000 per month

**Requirements**:

- Female graduate from any stream
- Freshers welcome
- Age: 18 and above

**Responsibilities**:
**1. Reservation Processing**:

- Assist guests in selecting appropriate rooms based on preferences, availability, and budget.
- Ensure accurate and timely entry of reservation details into the hotel system.

2. Customer Interaction:

- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, offering information about hotel facilities, and resolving issues related to reservations.
- Confirm bookings with guests and communicate any special requirements.

**3. Coordination**:

- Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure seamless check-in and check-out experiences.
- Work closely with housekeeping, front office, and management to meet guest expectations.

**4. Record Keeping**:

- Maintain accurate records of reservations, cancellations, and guest interactions.
- Generate regular reports to track reservation trends and occupancy rates.

**5. Sales Support**:

- Promote additional services, amenities, and packages to enhance the guest experience.
- Upsell room upgrades and special promotions when appropriate.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in any stream.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
- Basic computer skills; familiarity with reservation systems is a plus (training will be provided).
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
