Responsibilities

Assisting clients with planning and making reservations.

Suggesting local tourists' attractions and places.

Process payments and send reservation confirmation to the clients.

Communicating with the Front Desk to confirm the reservation.

Explaining to the clients about the services the company offers.

Answering the clients' questions and complaints.

Providing the clients with additional services or special services.

Selling insurance packages to the clients.

Maintaining customer's detailed information.

Sorting out any issues which may arise during online payments.

Offering customer service to the client in regards to the cancellation of reservations.

Providing excellent customer services and customer satisfaction.

Ensuring compliance to all security and safety standards.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

**Experience**:

- total work: 1 year (preferred)

Ability to Commute:

- Noida, Uttar Pradesh (required)

Ability to Relocate:
