**Key Responsibilities**:

- Engage with prospective students to understand their background, interests, and career aspirations.
- Provide accurate information about programs, eligibility, fees, scholarships, and career opportunities.
- Support students throughout the admission journey — from inquiry to successful enrollment.
- Maintain consistent follow-ups with leads to ensure timely communication and conversion.
- Record and update student interactions, progress, and follow-up details in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with the admissions and marketing teams to achieve enrollment goals.
- Ensure a positive and supportive experience for every student.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (preferred: Education, Psychology, Communication, or related fields).
- 0-2 years of experience in student counseling, admissions, or telesales.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to understand student needs and build trust quickly.
- Familiarity with CRM tools or lead management systems is an advantage.
- Passionate about education and helping students achieve their goals.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹23,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
