**Job Title**: International Outbound Voice Process (Insurance Sales/After Sales)**

**Location**: Gurgaon

**Shift**: 24*7 shifts, 6 days working

**Salary**: Up to 30K/Month + Incentives

**Requirements**:

- Excellent communication skills required.
- Graduate Freshers can apply/ Undergraduate with minimum 6 months experience.
- For After Sales Process only Graduates with 1 year of Customer service experience.

**Responsibilities**:
1. Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers for insurance sales or after-sales support.

2. Achieve sales targets set by the company.

3. Provide exceptional customer service to existing and potential clients.

4. Maintain accurate records of all sales and customer interactions.

5. Collaborate with team members to achieve collective goals.

6. Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Previous experience in sales or customer service preferred.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
