**Job Opening - US Voice Process**

**Working Days**: 5 days a week

**Qualification**: UG/Graduate
**Salary**: ₹30,000 CTC

**Location**: Sector 18, Gurgaon
**Shift**: Night shift
**Process**: Outbound Sales
**Requirement**: Absolute fluency in English is mandatory

**Roles and Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to potential US customers to promote products and services
- Clearly communicate product features and benefits to drive interest and sales
- Understand customer needs and provide relevant solutions
- Handle objections confidently and work towards successful conversions
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service on every call
- Accurately update customer records and interactions in CRM systems
- Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
- Follow compliance and quality guidelines during calls
- Collaborate with team leads and trainers to improve performance
- Stay updated with product knowledge and industry trends
- Contribute to a positive team environment and support peers

Pay: Up to ₹30,000.00 per month
