- Collaborate with product development and marketing teams to stay updated on product changes and new features.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through feedback and assessments, making adjustments as necessary.
- Provide ongoing support and resources for learners post-training.
- Stay current with industry trends and best practices in product training and education.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Business, or a related field.
- 2-3yrs of experience as a product trainer.
- Strong understanding of FMCG, Personal Care, Hygiene, Healthcare.
- Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to simplify complex information and engage diverse audiences.
- Proficiency in using learning management systems and e-learning tools.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.

Pay: ₹16,750.51 - ₹25,000.00 per month
