**Role Overview**

We are looking for a highly skilled and passionate **Instructor - Musical Instrument** to guide students in their musical journey. The instructor will be responsible for developing musical skills, preparing students for performances, and creating an inspiring environment for learning.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Teach and train students in playing the chosen instrument (specialization to be specified).
- Plan lessons, practice sessions, and performance activities.
- Organize student participation in school programs, events, and competitions.
- Encourage creativity, discipline, and appreciation for music.
- Maintain instruments and ensure proper usage by students.
- Collaborate with faculty to support cultural and holistic growth.

**Qualifications & Requirements**
- Bachelor’s degree in Music or related field (mandatory).
- Minimum **5 years of experience** teaching music in a reputed educational institution.
- Proficiency in at least one instrument with proven teaching expertise.
- Strong communication and mentoring skills.
- Passion for developing young talent.
