**Who are we looking for?**

We are seeking a dynamic and empathetic Teacher Recruiter & QA who would take efforts in sourcing and recruiting talented music teachers for our online platform. As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of music education by identifying and attracting top-tier musical talent.

**Job Title**: Teacher Recruiter & QA

**Location**: Bangalore

**Job Type**: Full-time

**Experience**: 1 to 2 years

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute comprehensive recruitment strategies to attract highly qualified music teachers with expertise in various genres and instruments.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand staffing needs and align recruitment efforts with organisational objectives.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor practices, and emerging recruitment technologies to continuously improve recruitment processes and strategies.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members, fostering their professional growth and development.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of talent acquisition initiatives aimed at attracting and retaining top talent in the music education industry.

**Requirements**:

- Proven track record of success in recruiting for a reputable educational institution or edtech company, with a focus on music education preferred.
- Extensive experience in full-cycle recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation.
- Deep understanding of the music industry, including various musical genres, instruments, and teaching methodologies.
- Strong network of contacts within the music education community, including music schools, conservatories, and professional associations.
- Highly organised with excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritise and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in utilising recruitment tools and technologies, including applicant tracking systems and social media platforms.
- Leadership experience preferred, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team towards achieving recruitment goals.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹550,000.00 per year
