- ACQUIRING MORE CUSTOMERS BY UTILIZING ALTERNATE CHANNELS I.E. ADC / RURAL**Quality improvement**
- RESPONSIBLE FOR SUPERVISING FRONT LINE SALES TEAM TO MAINTAIN MINIMUM DCC ARREARS AND NDCC FEMI BOUNCES, REDUCE THE NS CASES
- RESPONSIBLE FOR MAINTAINING CREDIT DOCUMENT QUALITY BY REGULAR AUDITS OF THE TEAM**Team management**
