**Role Overview**

As an Outbound Sales Executive, you will be responsible for actively reaching out to potential customers, building relationships, and converting leads into sales. This role is ideal for someone with a proven track record in sales, particularly in the **furniture or home product industry**.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Conduct outbound calls and follow-ups to generate sales leads
- Identify client needs and offer appropriate product recommendations
- Build and maintain relationships with new and existing customers
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
- Coordinate with the internal team for product availability and delivery timelines
- Provide post-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction

**Requirements**:

- 2-3 years of experience in outbound sales, preferably in **furniture** or **product-based industries**:

- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to handle customer objections and close sales effectively
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and result-oriented
- Proficient in MS Office and CRM tools
- Fluent in English and Telugu (preferred)

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
