Responsibilities:

- Understand customer requirements and negotiate SaaS terms and optimize processes with

cross-functional teams to incrementally improve customer experience.
- Partner with solution teams (internal and external) to ensure the environment is complete and

accurate and each party has a clear understanding of roles, responsibilities, and expectations.
- Guide internal resources through the course of an installation or upgrade, providing clear

direction for required steps at each point of a project.
- Create project plans, coordinate SaaS delivery activities, and facilitate the resolution of all

issues to reach project goals.
- Identify what best practices customers could utilize based on industry knowledge.
- Identify common issues and contribute to Knowledge Management articles to enable process

Improvement.
- Partners with internal stakeholders to aggregate client feedback, escalations, and experiences

to increase efficiency and scalability.

Must Have

1. 2 years experience in SaaS project management/delivery

2. Experience in the logistics domain

3. Good oral and written communications skills

4. Good organizational, multi-tasking, and time management skills

5. Good knowledge of agile methodologies

6. Able to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment

Should have

1. Experience working in SaaS or cloud computing

2. Working knowledge of project management methodologies

3. Self-motivated with the ability to manage projects to completion with oversight

4. Good analytical/problem-solving skills

5. Ability to work independently and in a team environment

6. Good Knowledge of project management software

7. Good knowledge of cloud technologies

**Salary**: ₹1,000,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
