This role combines product thinking, agile delivery, and technical know‑how to orchestrate cross‑functional teams, ship customer‑centric outcomes, and continuously improve delivery flow. The ideal candidate brings hands‑on Scrum skills, solid project/program management, and enough technical depth to partner with engineering, data, and design.Key ResponsibilitiesOwn end‑to‑end delivery for one or more product areas, from discovery and planning to launch and iterative improvement.Translate product strategy and OKRs into well‑scoped roadmaps, release plans, and measurable outcomes.Facilitate agile ceremonies (planning, grooming, stand‑ups, reviews, retros), ensuring sprint goals are clear and achievable.Create and maintain delivery artifacts: product roadmaps, release plans, sprint backlogs, dependency maps, and status reports.Drive cross‑team coordination (engineering, design, data, QA, marketing, ops), aligning timelines, dependencies, and resources.Partner with business on discovery (user research, problem framing, solution shaping) and translate insights into deliverable increments.Manage scope, risks, and change; escalate and resolve blockers proactively with stakeholders.Ensure quality and readiness: define acceptance criteria, coordinate QA/UAT, rollout plans, and post‑launch monitoring.Track delivery health via leading indicators (velocity, predictability, flow efficiency, WIP, cycle time) and continuously improve processes.Champion data‑informed decisions; instrument features and dashboards with analytics for impact measurement.Uphold documentation and release discipline; ensure compliance with security, privacy, and performance standards.Mentor teams in agile best practices, effective estimation, and continuous improvement.Requirements4-5 years in product delivery, scrum master, technical project/program management, or similar hybrid roles.Demonstrated success delivering software products end‑to‑end in agile environments (Scrum/Kanban).Strong command of backlog management, prioritization frameworks (RICE, MoSCoW), and roadmapping.Hands‑on experience with Jira/Linear or similar for delivery reporting (burndown/burnup, velocity).Solid technical literacy: comfortable discussing architecture, APIs, data models, integrations, CI/CD, and cloud concepts.Excellent stakeholder management, written/oral communication, and facilitation skills.Analytical mindset with experience defining metrics, instrumentation, and using GA4/Mixpanel/Amplitude or similar.Bachelor's degree in a technical or business discipline (or equivalent experience).Fluent in English, with strong verbal and written communication skills.Proficient in Hindi, enabling effective communication with team members, stakeholders, and collaborators who may use Hindi as their primary language.Preferred QualificationsCertifications: CSM/PSM, PMP/Prince2, or SAFe are a plus (ability > certificate).Experience in high‑growth product companies, marketplaces, or consumer travel/e‑commerce.Exposure to data/AI products, experimentation platforms, and feature flagging.BenefitsCompetitive salary and benefitsOpportunity to work with a talented team of developers and collaborate on exciting projects.A supportive and ambitious team to help you grow.Private Medical Insurance.
