Job Description:
Balance Sheet Preparation & Involved in Audit

General Accounting & Control:

  • Monthly closure of Books
  • Preparing CityWise PL
  • Supervising Reconciliations
  • Revenue & Expense Provisions
  • Depreciation & Fixed asset accounting
  • Customer & Vendor Reconciliation & confirmation
  • Assisting in establishing internal checks & controls
  • Assisting in formulation of SoPs etc

Taxation:

  • GST Monthly returns
  • TDS returns & compliances
  • Year end tax returns & filings

Banking & Payments:

  • Vendor Payment & Management
  • Payment & vendor Reconciliation
  • MIS & Reporting
  • Preparation of Monthly PL & CashFlow
  • Preparation of AoP & Monthly Budgets
  • CityWise Cost analysis

Job Specification:

  • Qualification:

CA,  MBA
- Experience:

5 to 9  years post qualification, preferably from Logistic aggregator / ecomm / startup
- Skills:

sound knowledge of Taxation, compliance, & general accounting;  good in MS Excel & MS PowerPoint; sound knowledge of ERP & Taxation software, good drafting & communication skills
- Attributes:

Self initiator, team player as well Individual contributor
