**ROLE DEFINITION**
Marketing executive is the one who is responsible for brand awareness and reach of Sakshar Academy in market. He/She is fully responsible for generating leads for institute via different marketing campaign.
**RESPONSIBILITY DELIVERABLE**
- Student Data sourcing and management
- Lead generation through field activities & Social Media
- Collaboration & Tie -ups.
- Successful Execution of Classes Events
**TASK & ACTIVITIES**
**1.Student Data sourcing**
Sourcing Contact details of students via WhatsApp groups of school or purchasing from vendors.
Maintaining proper record of these data in excel and updating in class Management system.
**2. Lead generation through Field Activities & Social Media**
**Field Activities - **Conduct Field activities outside school & Society for generating awareness & creating curiosity among students.Engage students to generate leads.
**Social Media - **Make regular and consistent content on social media (facebook & Instagram) such as Value video content for student, inclass Experience, different programs & events of Sakshar, Quiz & Polls to engage people, creatives on festival etc.
**3. Collaboration & Tie
- ups.**
**Sakshar Affiliate Partners**:Make a list of Tuition Teachers near all the branches of Sakshar specially catering to students upto 7 or 8th students. Arrange meetings with them and explain about S.A.P in detail. Offer the proposal as decided by management with a win - win - win intention and convert them into Saksar affiliate Partners with proper documentation.
**Coaching Institute **:Make a list of Coaching institute catering to Science or commerce or any other stream and ask them for premises sharing and reference sharing of students for mutual benefit.
**4. Successful Execution of Classes Events**
**Sakshar Events **:Make a list of 10 - 12 sakshar events and execute them succesfully. ( SSP, SMS, SGR etc)
**Sakshar Edtalks - **Organize program of different career options for saksharite as well as non saksharite students. ( e.g youtube / share market etc)
**MEASUREMENT METRICS**
- No of Leads generated per month through Marketing.
- No of Tie -ups Done per monthh ( SAP & Classes Tie-ups).
- Successful Completion of Sakshar Events & Edtalks.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent
**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
