*Responsibilities:*

1. Conduct legal research and analysis on a wide range of legal issues relevant to client matters.

2. Assist in drafting legal documents, including pleadings, motions, briefs, contracts, and agreements.

3. Review and analyze legal documents and contracts to ensure accuracy and compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

4. Assist in case preparation and management, including drafting discovery requests and responses, preparing exhibits, and organizing case files.

5. Communicate with clients, witnesses, and other parties involved in legal matters to gather information and provide updates on case progress.

6. Attend court proceedings, hearings, and meetings with clients as needed.

7. Collaborate with senior attorneys and legal staff to develop case strategies and tactics.

8. Stay informed about changes in laws, regulations, and legal precedents relevant to assigned practice areas.

9. Handle administrative tasks as needed, including maintaining case files, tracking billable hours, and managing deadlines.

*Qualifications:*
- Bachelor's degree in Law (LLB or equivalent) from an accredited institution.
- Admission to the Bar in [Jurisdiction].
- 1-2 years of experience working as a legal associate in a law firm or similar legal environment.
- Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize workload effectively.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
