
Customer Service Coordinator

**Responsibilities**:
- Prioritize service requests based on urgency and customer needs.
- Coordinate with field technicians to schedule service appointments.
- Maintain accurate records of service calls, including details of issues reported and actions taken.
- Communicate with customers to provide updates on the status of their service requests.
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction with service provided.
- Assist in training new service technicians on company procedures and protocols.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as sales and operations, to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and make recommendations to management.
**Requirements**:
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Previous experience in a customer service or technical support role, preferably in a service-related industry.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Customer-focused attitude with a commitment to providing exceptional service.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Knowledge of Packaging Industry is a plus.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
