**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead Generation & Sales: Identify potential delegates via research, cold calling, and inbound queries; convert leads to registrations.
- Client Interaction: Engage with senior-level professionals across industries to pitch relevant events.
- Target Achievement: Meet or exceed monthly and event-specific delegate acquisition and revenue goals.
- Collaboration: Work closely with team members and reporting managers to share insights and refine messaging.
- Follow-up & Closure: Send event details, follow up on interest, and drive timely registration and payment.
- Event Knowledge: Maintain updated knowledge of event features, speakers, agenda, and value propositions to effectively pitch to prospects.

**Desired Skills & Competencies**:

- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Sales-focused, target-oriented, and persuasive
- Good listening and interpersonal skills
- Basic understanding of CRM and sales reporting tools
- Self-motivated with a proactive approach to work

**Location**: Sewri (West), Mumbai (5-minute walk from Sewri Station & Bus Depot)

**Working Hours**: Monday to Friday, 9:30 am - 6:30 pm; 1 Saturday working per month

**Qualification**: Graduate or Post-Graduate

**Salary**: Commensurate with experience
