Position: Customer Care Executive (Female)
Educational Qualification: High School Diploma /Any Graduate having at least 1Years of
experience as CCO preferable from mobile industry.
Age: 18Years to 30Years
**Salary**: Good hike on existing Package
Location: Nashik, Vakilvadi, MG Road Nashik-422002)
Job Responsibility:
Open and maintain customer accounts by recording account information
Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint; determining the
cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting
correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution
Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction
Handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits and
follow up to ensure resolution.
Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
Go the extra mile to engage customers
Compile reports on overall customer satisfaction
Read from scripts
Handle changes in policies or renewals
Skills Required:
Basic Computer knowledge is must / MS-CIT preferred.
Ability to work productively with mínimal supervision.
Good Communication Skill & customer support skills.
Basic Mobile Handset Knowledge such as RAM, ROM, Version etc.
