Pinocchio is an exciting new Italian casual dining restaurant in Central Bangalore, led by renowned Italian Chef Giuseppe Mandaroni. We’re bringing authentic, homestyle Italian food with a modern twist—where pasta is the star.

We’re looking for a creative and driven Assistant Marketing Executive to help us build and launch our brand from the ground up.

Key Responsibilities:

- Brand Development & Strategy - Define and communicate the restaurant’s identity, values, and unique selling points across platforms.
- Pre-Launch & Launch Campaigns - Plan and execute promotional activities, influencer tie-ups, and local outreach to generate buzz and build visibility.
- Digital Presence & Listings Management - Set up and manage online listings (Google, Zomato, TripAdvisor, etc.), regularly updating content, menus, and images.
- Content Creation & Social Media Management - Create engaging reels, carousels, and stories, Develop a monthly content calendar (minimum 12 posts/month), Capture real-time content during weekly on-site visits, Drive online engagement by responding to comments and messages
- Advertising & External Collaborations - Identify and manage paid promotions, ad campaigns, and local marketing tie-ups with influencers and businesses.
- Culinary & Operational Engagement - Collaborate with the chef and team to translate the food philosophy and story into compelling digital content.
- Performance Tracking - Analyze marketing results and adjust strategies based on campaign insights, social engagement, and brand growth metrics.
- Team Coordination - Work closely with internal teams and creative vendors for campaigns, content production, and collaterals.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in social media marketing, content creation, and brand building
- Strong visual storytelling and digital communication skills
- Self-starter with excellent time management and organizational abilities
- Creative mindset with attention to detail
- Background in the F&B or hospitality industry preferred
- Passion for food, storytelling, and Italian culture is a big plus

Expected Commitment:
This is a high-impact, hands-on role designed for someone who thrives in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
- Content Visits: Minimum 3 visits/week to the restaurant for content capture and team coordination
- Content Strategy: Reels-heavy focus with at least 12 high-quality posts/month (reels, carousels, stories). Stay on top of trends and actively ideate & execute engaging content.
- Coordination: Ongoing collaboration with internal and external stakeholders to execute campaigns, events, and promotions
- Additional Activities: Flexibility to support last-minute events, marketing initiatives, and unplanned tasks as needed

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
