ClinicMind is looking for a full-time US Healthcare Credentialing Client Relationship Supervisor (CRM). ClinicMind is a US-based Health IT company, which offers revenue cycle management (RCM) service along with a practice management software (SaaS) to Group and/or Individual providers, diagnostic laboratories, and medical facilities as preferred providers in health care networks. **RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Perfect client experience
- Solicit client referrals
- Implement an automated client relationship management system using HubSpot
- Maintain accurate and current client credentialing process information
- Inform client providers and coaches informed about the status of their credentialing

**QUALIFICATIONS**:

- Minimum two years of client account management experience in a relevant industry
- Minimum one year experience in healthcare provider credentialing process
- One year of experience using HubSpot or SalesForce
- Familiar with US medical insurance industry
- Knowledgeable of the related Credentialing accreditation and certification requirements.
- Excellent listening, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Self-motivated and able to work autonomously
- College degree engineering, nursing, healthcare, or psychology

- High comfort level working on Eastern Time Zone/US Shift
- Good internet access at home
- Mobile Hotspot
- Laptop/Desktop of at least 8 GB
- Health insurance
