We are seeking two dynamic and experienced Female Telecallers to join our team. As a Telecaller, you will play a key role in communicating with our clients about digital marketing and IT services projects. Your strong communication and interpersonal skills will help us maintain our strong relationship with our clients.

**Key Responsibilities**:
Answering customer inquiries and providing information about our digital marketing and IT services.

Managing client portfolios, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions.

Documenting all call information according to standard operating procedures.

Regular follow-up with existing and potential clients.

Collaborate closely with our digital marketing and IT teams to ensure client requirements are met.

Addressing and resolving client complaints in a professional manner.

Keeping records of calls and note useful information for future reference.

**Requirements**:
Minimum of 1-year experience as a Telecaller or similar customer service role.

Proficiency in English; second language is a plus.

Excellent knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel and Word).

Strong communication and negotiation skills.

Ability to handle stressful situations calmly and with professionalism.

Understanding of digital marketing and IT services.

High school diploma; additional qualifications will be a plus.

**Note**: This role requires a sensitive and empathetic approach to customer communication, as we strive to offer the best possible client experience.

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

- Indore, Madhya Pradesh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)
