Every business in the USA needs help with its staffing needs. We provide trained specialists in many industry verticals (our core focus is the construction industry). It is our role to build a team of top talent and offer services to US-based customers.

We also offer an Enterprise SaaS Solution for the Construction Industry. We are in BETA with our item management system; this allows Architects, Designers, Contractors and Supply Showrooms to work together in managing the selection and specification of building materials.

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Work directly with US based on projects and tasks
- Responsible for creating Revit models, developing construction drawings, preparing CD sets, and working on documentation drawings.
- Other common tasks include updating plans and elevations and creating site plans.
- Responsible for developing schematic design and design development sets and assisting with working drawings.
- Additionally, tasks related to 3D modeling, rendering, and creating furniture layouts, preparing permit sets, as built and demolition drawings, researching concepts, and developing concepts and proposal drawings are common with placements.

**WHO YOU ARE - QUALIFICATIONS**:

- Bachelor of Architecture and/or Masters in Architecture
- Minimum 3 years' experience with REVIT is a must
- Must have 4 years’ of experience as an Architect
- USA based work experience is an added advantage
- Previous BIM experience is an advantage
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

**Shift Timings: 3:00pm - 12:00am IST**

**Location: Work from home (WFH) - Full time**

**IT Requirements**: This is a remote position and will require a strong internet connection. Further details will be provided during the interview.
