AUTOCAD ARCHITECT

**THIS POSITION IS A WORK FROM HOME WITH A SHIFT TIMING OF**:3PM to 12AM**

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop detailed architectural drawings and designs using AutoCAD software.
- Collaborate with project teams to ensure project goals and objectives are met.
- Coordinate with clients, contractors, and other professionals to obtain necessary information and approvals for projects.
- Ensure drawings comply with all applicable codes, standards, and regulations.
- Review and redline drawings to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Assist with project scheduling and budgeting.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience using AutoCAD software to produce architectural drawings.
- Strong proficiency in AutoCAD software and other relevant software such as Revit.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Knowledge of building codes, regulations, and construction practices.
- Ability to work independently and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to learn new skills and adapt to changing technologies.
