Student Relation Officer

*Responsibilities:*
- Serve as the primary point of contact for students, addressing inquiries, concerns, and requests promptly and professionally.
- Coordinate student enrollment, registration, and admission processes, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
- Provide information about courses, programs, and services offered by Edwin Academy to prospective and current students.
- Assist students with course selection, scheduling, and academic planning based on their goals and requirements.
- Maintain student records, databases, and documentation accurately and confidentially.
- Monitor student progress and performance, identifying any issues or challenges and providing appropriate support and guidance.
- Collaborate with other departments, including academic and administrative teams, to ensure a positive student experience.
- Organize and participate in student orientation programs, events, and activities to foster engagement and community building.
*Requirements:*
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Counseling, Business Administration, or related field.
- 2 to 3 years of experience in student relations, customer service, or a similar role, preferably in an educational institution.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with students, parents, and staff.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities, with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Knowledge of educational policies, procedures, and regulations is desirable.
