Position Student Admissions and Visa Support Officer We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Student Admissions and Visa Support Officer to join our team The successful candidate will be responsible for guiding prospective students through the entire admissions journey from initial inquiry to post-visa support This includes providing accurate information about universities colleges assisting with application processing guiding tuition fee payments and supporting the visa application and filing process Key Responsibilities Provide accurate and timely information about partner universities and colleges to prospective students Respond to student inquiries and provide guidance on academic programs admission requirements and application procedures Process student applications in coordination with the Admission Department and ensure timely submission to partner institutions Assist students in making tuition fee payments and offer support on international transfers through FOREX services banks and other channels Guide students through the visa application process including document preparation and coordination with the VISA Department for filing Offer support for post-visa services such as accommodation booking travel arrangements and other pre-departure requirements Qualifications Skills Bachelor s degree in a relevant field Education Business International Relations etc Prior experience in student admissions international education or visa support is preferred Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Should be fluent in Malayalam and English Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to work independently and as part of a team Proficient in MS Office and familiar with CRM or student management systems Why Join Us Work in a dynamic student-centered environment Full time remote option Be part of a growing organization with opportunities for career advancement Contribute to helping students achieve their international education dreams Job Type Full-time Pay 10 000 00 - 15 000 00 per month Benefits Internet reimbursement Work from home
