**Roles & Responsibilities**:

- Develop creative content, frame new questions and write easy-to-understand solutions for Quantitative Aptitude for Banking/Insurance exams.
- Analyze and research exam patterns, type of questions and difficulty level to remain updated with the latest trends in questions asked in competitive exams.
- Plan, develop content for both live/video courses in coordination with other team members.
- Analyze the quality of content and work on improvement. Interact with users to understand their needs, take feedback and clear their doubts.

**What we are looking for**:

- Must have qualified banking mains Exams: SBI PO, IBPS PO, RRB PO, RBI Grade B or 98+ percentile in CAT
- An enthusiastic individual who would like to make a difference in the education sector in India
- Should have a strong passion for education, and willing to learn new things
- Self-driven, creative and motivated with strong adherence to deadlines and learning
- Prior experience in teaching or content development
- Proven time management and organizational skills
- Working knowledge of MS Office (MS Word and MS Excel) Good interpersonal skills
