**Job Title **Teaching Assistant

**Reports to **Deputy Registrar

**Location **Mumbai

**Job Purpose**
This role will assist faculty member in student engage ment activities such as resolving student queries, chat sessions, discussion forums, student portal services, assignment creation & evaluation. This role involves collaborating with faculty members, administrators, and students to ensure effective student experience.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Assist in the preparation of teaching materials, in cluding lesson plans and visual aids.
- Foster student engagement by encouraging ac tive participation in class and facilitating student

discussions.
- Assist faculties in replying on student Queries within TAT
- A ssist in initiating, organizing and managing the Discussion Forums
- P lan & arrange student & faculty interaction through Chat & QA sessions.
- C ommunicate regularly to discuss student progress, instructional goals, and any challenges or c oncerns.
- A ssist & coordinate in new faculty onboarding & induction process.
- A ssist in grading assignments, tests, and exams under the guidance of the faculty.
- S upport faculty as Co-Host to take live lectures.
- M aintain accurate records, documentation, and reports related to courses, assignments, evaluation a nd assessments.
- Participate in professional development opportunities to enhance teaching skills and stay updated on

e ducational practices.

**Req uirements
- Education & work experience**
- Master’s degree, MBA is highly desirable.
- Minimum of 3 to 5 years of work experience in co-ordination, handling, organizing & conducting activities in general administration in the education sector.
- Experience of working in education sector, especially teaching support and/or assessment would be very useful.

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
