
Customer Success Executive

Are you looking to **bridge the gap between theoretical marketing and real-world execution**? As a **Customer Success Executive** at FindStay, you’ll be at the core of **user lifecycle management** — from **lead onboarding** to **conversion tracking** and **customer retention**.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Onboard and educate PG owners on maximizing visibility and **lead conversion**.
- Proactively follow up with students/tenants to ensure **successful service delivery**.
- Use CRM and feedback loops to track user activity and escalate friction points.
- Monitor and improve **user retention rates** through personalized engagement.
- Share insights with the growth team to improve **onboarding workflows** and **UX friction points**.
- Help implement strategies to **increase LTV (Lifetime Value)** by driving recurring usage.
**What You’ll Learn (Real-World Exposure)**:
- **Customer Retention Strategies** in a B2B2C ecosystem
- Understanding and improving **conversion funnels** and drop-offs
- Hands-on CRM usage and data tracking

**Who Should Apply**:
- Recent graduates (BBA, MBA in Marketing, CRM, Strategy, or Operations)
- Strong communication skills in **Hindi, Punjabi**, and English
- Quick learner with an analytical and user-first mindset
- Familiarity with Google Sheets, CRM tools, and data tracking is a bonus
**Compensation**:
- **CTC**: ₹2.5 LPA
- **Fixed Salary**: ₹2.38 LPA (~₹19,800/month)
- **Variable Performance Bonus**: ₹12,000/year (₹1,000/month for lead-to-conversion KPIs)
