**Major Job Qualifications/Specific Skills**

**Required Education**:

- MD (Anesthesia)/DA/DNB

**Experience**
- Fresher or Experienced

**Technical competencies**
- Trained in PALS (Pediatric Advanced Life Support)
- Trained in NALS (Neonatal Advanced Life Support)
- Trained in Pediatric Emergency.
- Trained in Neonatal Level-III Care.
- Trained in Ward Level Patient Care.
- Basic Life Support

- Ability to handle pressure

**Key Responsibilities**

**Principal Responsibilities**
- Evaluate, diagnose, and treat paediatric patients with acute illnesses, injuries, and medical emergencies in the emergency department.
- Conduct thorough paediatric assessments, order and interpret diagnostic tests, and develop and implement comprehensive treatment plans.
- Provide specialized care to infants, children, and adolescents, including neonatal resuscitation and paediatric advanced life support as necessary.
- Collaborate closely with paediatric specialists to ensure seamless multidisciplinary care for paediatric patients.
- Provide guidance and support to nursing and medical staff, fostering a positive and collaborative team environment.
- Maintain accurate and complete medical records, documenting patient information, treatment plans, and progress notes in the electronic health record (EHR) system.
- Communicate effectively with patients' families, providing clear and empathetic explanations of diagnoses, treatment plans, and expectations.
- Support a family-centered care approach, involving parents and guardians in the decision-making process regarding their child's medical care.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹400,000.00 per year
