**Overview**: We are seeking a dedicated Resident Medical Officer with specialized knowledge in pediatrics, particularly in managing cases in the PICU and NICU settings. As a key member of our medical team at Borneo Mother and child care Hospital Thane, you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality care to pediatric patients and newborns, ensuring their well-being and recovery.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide medical care and treatment to pediatric patients and newborns admitted to the PICU and NICU.
- Monitor patients' conditions and administer appropriate treatments under the supervision of senior medical staff.
- Perform emergency procedures and interventions as necessary, adhering to established protocols.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including pediatricians, nurses, and support staff to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Maintain accurate and detailed medical records of patients' progress and treatment plans.
- Educate patients' families regarding diagnoses, treatment options, and preventive care practices.
- Participate in regular medical rounds, case presentations, and departmental meetings.
- Adhere to hospital policies, procedures, and safety standards at all times.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- BHMS or BAMS.
- Valid medical license and registration with the medical board.
- Proven experience working in PICU and NICU settings, preferably in a hospital.
- Strong clinical skills and ability to handle medical emergencies with composure.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
- Ready for Rotational shifts

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
