**Key ResponsibilitiesClinical Care**
- Attend to patients in emergency, maternity, neonatal, and pediatric units.
- Conduct preliminary examination and medical history documentation.
- Monitor in-patient clinical status, vital signs, and treatment responses.
- Assist consultants during rounds, deliveries, surgeries, and procedures.
- Ensure timely administration of prescribed medication and treatments.
- Manage and stabilize emergency cases and escalate critical conditions to specialists.

**Coordination & Communication**
- Coordinate with nursing staff, laboratory, and pharmacy teams for effective care delivery.
- Update consultants regarding patient progress, complications, or abnormal reports.
- Communicate effectively with patient attendants and address their concerns.

**Documentation & Compliance**
- Maintain accurate and updated medical records and treatment sheets.
- Ensure adherence to infection control protocols and hospital policies.
- Fill out discharge summaries, consent forms, and incident reports as required.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
