Do you have cybersecurity experience, and are you seeking a new job in Gurugram? Webhelp is looking for a full-time Security Incident Handler, and the role comes with an attractive salary and benefits package.
As a flexible Security Incident Handler, you will respond to crisis or urgent situations within the pertinent domain to mitigate immediate and potential threats. You will also use mitigation, response and recovery approaches to maximize the preservation of information systems assets.
In your first few weeks in this Security Incident Handler role, you can expect to:
- Respond to new incidents as part of a distributed daytime operations and on-call schedule
- Act as single point of contact for stakeholders and monitor the progress of the investigation, escalating incidents as appropriate
- Facilitate communications
- Create summary reports for management
- Good interpersonal skills to interact with global customers, team members and support personnel
- Demonstrated understanding of the technologies used in cybersecurity, including Managed Detection and Response, NextGen Firewalls, IDS/IPS, SIEM Solutions, SOAR, Cloud Security, End Point Security, Vulnerability Services
- Solid knowledge in Computer Networks
- Skills and knowledge in the programming languages Shell Script, Powershell and Python for automation.
