Job Summary:
The Customer Billing Finance Specialist will be responsible for managing the end-to-end billing processes, ensuring accuracy in customer invoices, and supporting the finance team in maintaining financial integrity. This role requires a detail-oriented individual with strong analytical skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

Billing Operations:
Generate and review customer invoices to ensure accuracy and completeness.

Manage billing cycles and schedules to ensure timely invoicing.

Address and resolve billing discrepancies and disputes promptly.

Data Management:
Maintain and update billing records and customer accounts.

Ensure all billing data is accurately recorded in the financial system.

Customer Support:
Serve as the primary point of contact for billing-related inquiries of customers from customer support.

Provide excellent customer service by addressing billing issues and questions effectively.

Financial Reporting:
Assist in the preparation of financial reports related to billing and revenue.

Support month-end and year-end closing processes.

Compliance and Best Practices.

Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements related to billing and finance.

Continuously improve billing processes and procedures to enhance efficiency and accuracy.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.

3+ years of experience in billing, finance, or a related role.

Proficiency in financial software and tools (e.g., Office 365, SQL, Data Analytics Tools).

Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail.

Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach.

Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in the billing in telecommunications industry

knowledge of advanced financial analysis tools and techniques.

Professional certifications in finance or accounting (e.g., CPA, CMA) are a plus.
