Export Sales Executive

Coordinate export orders from receipt to delivery, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
- Act as a liaison between the sales team, international clients, logistics providers, and internal departments.
- Prepare and manage export documentation including invoices, packing lists, bills of lading, certificates of origin, and other trade compliance documents.
- Track shipments and communicate status updates to customers and internal stakeholders.
- Maintain accurate records of sales orders, shipping details, and customer communications.
- Ensure compliance with international trade regulations, including Incoterms, customs procedures, and export licensing.
- Assist with customer inquiries, quotations, and follow-ups on pending orders or payments.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with production/planning to meet order requirements.
- Support the Export Sales Manager in market research, competitor analysis, and customer relationship management.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
