**Position Summary**

**We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Structural Coordinator to join our multidisciplinary team. This role serves as a critical liaison between architectural and structural engineering disciplines, ensuring seamless coordination, accurate documentation, and timely delivery of structural components across all project phases.**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Coordinate structural engineering input within architectural design projects from schematic design through construction documentation and administration.
- Facilitate collaboration between architects, engineers and structural consultants to ensure structural systems align with design intent and project requirements.
- Review and interpret structural drawings, calculations, and specifications for consistency and compliance with project goals.
- Manage and track structural milestones and submittals in accordance with project schedules.
- Participate in interdisciplinary coordination meetings and resolve design conflicts, including clash detection.
- Ensure accurate integration of structural details in architectural drawing sets.
- Support construction administration by responding to RFIs, reviewing submittals, and assisting with site inspections as needed.
- Maintain documentation of decisions, changes, and coordination issues throughout the project lifecycle.

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, or a related field.
- 6+ years of experience in architecture, structural coordination, or multidisciplinary project environments.
- Strong understanding of structural systems and how they integrate with architectural elements.
- Experience in large-scale or complex projects (e.g., commercial, institutional, mixed-use).
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Knowledge of local building codes and industry standards.
