_**Job Summary**:_

We are looking for a dynamic **Area Franchise Executive** with 2-4 years of experience in the **confectionery or FMCG sector** to manage and grow our franchise operations in the assigned area.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Identify and onboard new franchise partners.
- Ensure franchisee compliance with brand standards and SOPs.
- Support franchisees in operations, stock management, and store performance.
- Monitor sales, suggest local marketing activities, and drive growth.
- Conduct regular visits and provide training to franchise staff.

**Requirements**:

- Graduate in any discipline (Business/Marketing preferred).
- 2-4 years of experience in franchise handling, preferably in confectionery or FMCG.
- Strong communication, reporting, and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Morning shift
