**Job Title -** Operations Executive (Mutual Funds)

**Reporting to -** Operations Head

**Location -** Satellite Road Ahmedabad

**Responsibilities**:
**1. Process Management**: Oversee and optimize operational processes to enhance

productivity and efficiency.

**2. Vendor Relations**: Manage relationships with vendors, negotiate contracts, and

ensure timely deliveries of goods and services.

**3. Data Analysis**: Analyze operational data to identify areas for improvement and

implement corrective actions.

**4. Team Coordination**: Collaborate with different departments to streamline

operations and ensure seamless communication.

**5. Customer Support**: Address customer inquiries, concerns, and issues related to

operations promptly and professionally.

**6. Compliance**: Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and company

policies.

**7. Reporting**: Prepare and present regular reports on operational performance to

senior management.

**8. Paperwork Management**: Handle paperwork, including KYC (Know Your

Customer) and forms processing, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
