Position: Trainer - Mutual Fund Trainer

Job Location : Surat

Job Responsibilities:
Develop and deliver training programs for our sales team on mutual funds and financial
products
- Provide product knowledge and sales techniques training to enhance team performance
- Collaborate with sales, digital and marketing teams to develop sales strategies and
campaigns
- Stay updated on industry trends, market changes, and product updates to ensure
effective training delivery
- Conduct regular assessments and provide feedback to sales team members for
continuous improvement
- Assist in the development of sales collateral and marketing materials
- Flexible to drive NFO Roadshows
- Open to travel if required

Experience: 3-5 years

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month

**Education**:

- Diploma (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Mutual fund training: 2 years (required)
- sales: 2 years (required)

**Language**:

- English (preferred)
