We’re looking for a proactive **Customer Support & Operations Coordinator**to lead daily support functions, streamline operations, and ensure an exceptional customer experience from start to finish.
**Duties and Responsibilities**
- Manage customer support operations, ensuring timely and professional responses across channels.
- Manage and coordinate daily banking operations of the organisation
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues and improve service delivery.
- Maintain accurate records, reports, and operational documentation.
- Liaise with vendors and partners to ensure smooth operations.
- Track service metrics, control costs, and recommend process improvements.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
- Experience in customer handling will be preferred.
- Strong problem-solving and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- A keen to start things from scratch.
**Note : We have two shift timings**:
- 9 AM to 5 PM (Work from Office )
- 4 PM TO 12 Mid
- night (Work from home)
Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
