**Job Profile**
- Any graduate with 3-4 yrs. of experience in **education sales at university level**.
- Effective communication skills in English and Hindi, with good presentation skills and excellent networking skills.
- Good in lead generation, cold calling, and lead conversion
- Counsel students & parents, understand their requirements and pitch in STL offerings accordingly to convert leads to admission.
- Achieve weekly and monthly admissions targets.
- Maintain the student database and share it regularly with Manager Admissions.
- Preference worked independently for any institution / University and should know territories.
- Knowledge of the market and understanding the admission process.
- Must have at-least 4 years of experience as sales manager or Senior Counsellor
- Must be fluent in English and communications and presentations.
