**Salary**: 20,000 INR
Job Responsibility:
Fitting, testing, repairing and replacing fixtures and fittings, including light bulbs, windows, doors and handrails.
Performing basic plumbing maintenance and repairs on taps and basins.
Performing basic carpentry, including hanging and replacing doors, and operating power tools.
Performing minor welds to fabricate or repair fixtures.
Checking safety equipment such as fire hoses, fire extinguishers, smoke detectors and alarms.
Cleaning and tidying common areas and grounds.
Reporting requirements for major repairs to management.
Changing locks on doors and windows.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From ₹20,000.00 per month
