**Work Schedule**: Rotational Shifts

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Perform routine maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting of tractor components and machinery.
- Ensure smooth functioning of production equipment to minimize downtime.
- Diagnose mechanical and electrical faults using diagnostic tools.
- Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and safety guidelines.
- Work closely with engineers and supervisors to improve operational efficiency.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance work and parts inventory.
- Conduct quality checks to ensure machinery meets industry standards.
- Assist in new equipment installation and commissioning.

**Skills & Qualifications**:

- **Diploma/ITI in Mechanical, Electrical, or Automobile Engineering** (or relevant trade).
- **3-5 years of experience** in equipment maintenance, preferably in a tractor or farm equipment manufacturing unit.
- Hands-on experience with hydraulics, pneumatics, and electrical systems.
- Ability to read technical manuals and blueprints.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Understanding of safety regulations and compliance standards.
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts.
