Hvac Technician

**Installation Duties**
- HVAC systems (AC, heater, ventilation units) की **installation और commissioning** करना।
- पाईपिंग, वायरिंग और डक्टवर्क को डिज़ाइन और इंस्टॉल करना।
- Manufacturer के specifications के अनुसार उपकरणों की फिटिंग।
- Thermostats, sensors और controls इंस्टॉल करना।

**Maintenance Duties**
- Preventive Maintenance (PM) करना जैसे कि:

- Filters बदलना।
- Coil की सफाई।
- Refrigerant level चेक करना।
- Electrical connections को inspect और tighten करना।
- Routine inspection के दौरान faults को पहचानना।
- Equipment की efficiency और performance चेक करना।
- Safety checks करना।

**Repair and Troubleshooting Duties**
- HVAC systems में technical faults को **diagnose और repair** करना।
- Leaks, wiring faults, motor failure, compressor issues को सुधारना।
- Faulty parts को बदलना या रिपेयर करना।
- Error codes को पढ़कर solutions निकालना।

**Technical Documentation and Reporting**
- Service reports तैयार करना।
- Repair और maintenance logs maintain करना।
- Customer को system की सही working और maintenance tips समझाना।
- Compliance और safety standards को फॉलो करना।

**Safety and Compliance**
- Electrical और mechanical safety protocols को फॉलो करना।
- Environmental rules (जैसे refrigerant handling) का पालन करना।
- Tools और equipment को सुरक्षित तरीके से operate करना।

**Skills Required**:

- Electrical और mechanical systems की समझ।
- Blueprint और wiring diagrams पढ़ना।
- Problem-solving और troubleshooting skills।
- Physical fitness (lifting, climbing, working in tight spaces)।
- Communication skills (कस्टमर से बातचीत)।

**Work Environment**
- Residential homes
- Commercial buildings (malls, offices)
- Industrial plants (factories, warehouses)
- Field service (on-site visits)

**Certifications (Optional but Preferred)**
- F-Gas Certification (Refrigerant Handling)
- EPA Certification (Environment Protection Agency, US standard)
- ITI/Polytechnic Diploma in Refrigeration and Air Conditioning
- Safety certifications (Fire, Electrical Safety)

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹9,021.02 - ₹20,874.43 per month
