We are hiring **Telecalling Executives** (**Female**) who are enthusiastic, customer-focused, and **fluent in English and Hindi**. This role involves engaging with customers over the phone, handling inquiries, and promoting our products/services. Freshers are welcome

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers
- Handle queries and resolve issues professionally
- Maintain accurate call records and update customer data
- Follow up on leads and create interest in products/services
- Meet daily/weekly/monthly targets as part of a team
- Ensure high levels of customer service

**Requirements**:

- **Fluent in English and Hindi**:

- Strong communication & interpersonal skills
- Basic computer knowledge and typing skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Flexible with rotational week offs and work timings

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,373.30 - ₹24,428.95 per month
