**Customer Service Representative**

We are looking for a customer-oriented Customer Service Representative. A Customer Service Representative will act as a liaison, provide product/services information and resolve any emerging problems that our customer accounts might face with accuracy and efficiency.

We work with borrowers that have fallen behind on payments or need help finding a solution that works for all parties. The best Customer Service Representatives are genuinely excited to help customers. They’re patient, empathetic, and are passionate to help create solutions.

Customer Service Representatives can put themselves in their customers’ shoes and advocate for them when necessary. Problem-solving comes naturally to customer care specialists. They confidently work alone or with their team.

The target is to ensure excellent service standards, respond efficiently to customer inquiries and maintain high customer satisfaction. Fluent in Spanish and English is a Plus.

**Responsibilities**

Manage large amounts of incoming calls

Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction

Build trust and sustainable relationships with customer accounts through open and interactive communication

Provide accurate, valid and complete information

Handle customer complaints with professionalism, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution

Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents

Follow communication procedures, compliance guidelines and policies

Take the extra mile to engage customers

**Skills**

Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative

Strong listening skills, phone skills, professionalism and patience

Familiarity with CRM systems and practices

Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters while staying professional

Excellent communication and presentation skills

Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively

High school degree

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent, Fresher, Contractual / Temporary
Contract length: 12 months

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
