**Junior UI/UX Developer Job Description (Fresher)**

**About the Role**

We are seeking a motivated and creative Junior UI/UX Developer to join our growing team. This entry-level position is perfect for recent graduates or those new to the field who are passionate about creating user-friendly interfaces and enhancing digital user experiences.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Collaborate with senior designers and developers to create intuitive and visually appealing designs
- Help in creating wireframes, prototypes, and mockups using design tools
- Contribute to the development of HTML, CSS, and basic JavaScript code
- Participate in user research and usability testing sessions
- Assist in maintaining design systems and style guides
- Stay current with the latest UI/UX trends and technologies

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Web Design, Graphic Design, or a related field
- Basic knowledge of UI/UX design principles
- Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
- Experience with design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD (academic projects are acceptable)
- Strong interest in user-centered design and problem-solving
- Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies and methodologies
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- A portfolio showcasing academic projects or personal work related to UI/UX design

**Preferred Skills (Not Required, but a Plus)**
- Basic understanding of responsive design principles
- Familiarity with any modern JavaScript framework (e.g., React, Vue, or Angular)
- Knowledge of version control systems (e.g., Git)
- Interest in accessibility standards and best practices
- Experience with any prototyping tools
