Are you a creative soul with a knack for producing viral content? Do you have a passion for crafting Instagram Reels that captivate and engage audiences? Collablearn is looking for an **Instagram Influencer & Content Creator** who can take charge of our social media presence, build engaging content in a dedicated niche, and grow our follower base while targeting a larger market.

**Responsibilities**:

- **Content Ideation**:

- Research trending topics and formats within the assigned niche.
- Brainstorm innovative content ideas that resonate with the target audience.
- **Reel Production**:

- Plan, script, and storyboard engaging Instagram Reels from start to finish.
- Handle all aspects of production, including filming, editing, and optimizing visuals.
- **Video Editing**:

- Edit videos using advanced tools to create high-quality, trend-worthy content.
- Add dynamic transitions, captions, music, and effects to enhance viewer engagement.
- **Social Media Growth**:

- Consistently post content to attract followers and increase engagement.
- Analyze performance metrics and adapt strategies to grow our audience.
- **Market Targeting**:

- Identify opportunities to penetrate larger markets through influencer collaborations and partnerships.
- Develop and execute campaigns to boost brand visibility.
- **Stay Updated**:

- Keep up with Instagram algorithm changes, trends, and best practices.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in creating Instagram Reels or short-form video content.
- Strong video editing skills using tools like Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or mobile editing apps.
- A creative mindset and a strong eye for visual storytelling.
- Ability to work independently and manage end-to-end content creation.
- Understanding of social media trends, analytics, and growth strategies.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Fresher, Internship, Freelance
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month

Expected hours: 50 per week
